Julie started her career as an entrepreneur, founding and leading DC SCORES and AMERICA SCORES. Prior to RubyWell, she was the founding Chief Operating Officer of an insurance technology company. Julie holds a BA from Georgetown University, and an MPA from Harvard University.

Michael Loeb is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Loeb.nyc, which boasts a portfolio of over 18 direct investments. He has helped form and incubate companies including Priceline.com, ScriptRelief, Fetch, and RubyWell. Michael sits on the board of several non-profit organizations and is an avid philanthropist.

Randy joined RubyWell having provided numerous early-stage entrepreneurs with business strategy, product direction, capital and team development; and sales, marketing and operations realization. He also spent 15-years at Microsoft as Chief Technology Officer to International Organizations.

An established leader in the website & app design community, Frank started Launch Design in 2004, collaborating with large product & development teams at LinkedIn, PayPal, eBay, and Walmart.com. He also served startup clients who have since been acquired by Disney, Shopify, Groupon, and Walmart. Frank holds a BA from San Jose State University.

Frank helps his wife care for her mom.

Timmy earned a BFA from Syracuse University and has worked in the fashion, beauty and now financial health and literacy markets. With ample family caregiving experience under her belt, Timmy connects deeply with RubyWell families’ frustrations and goals. She harnesses this combination of empathy and insight to make the family caregiving journey more manageable.

Evelyn received her B.S. in Public Health at the University of Connecticut, while simultaneously developing and running a preventative health education program and an after-school program for low-income families. She joined RubyWell to put that experience to work to help ease the financial strain that family caregivers face.

Suzanne joined RubyWell after leading content for several digital health start-ups, including Honor, a company innovating in the professional caregiving space. Prior to leading content, she spent a decade+ as an advertising copywriter and creative director. She earned a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Michael Walker is an experienced software engineer and cloud architect with a deep background in building scalable systems for companies like Amazon, Google, and Walmart Labs. He specializes in AWS cloud solutions, full-stack development, and machine learning integrations. Michael holds multiple AWS certifications and has led projects in ML/AI, e-commerce, and IoT.

Michael helps his wife care for her parents who live with them.

Andrew is a full stack product engineer who has worked for startups across many different industries including fashion, healthcare, social media, and crypto. He also started his own social app and dental back office automation tool. Now he’s working with AI to help automate challenges in healthcare and beyond. Andrew earned a BE at University of Connecticut.

Jonathan has served as an executive in various startups and investment organizations, including CrowdSmart, where he is the CFO/COO. Prior to joining Rubywell, he was the Director of Data Analytics for venture capital firm, 500 Global. Jonathan holds a BA in Music Composition and Economics from UC Davis and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
